"When selecting a room on hotels.com, it gave room options for standard room or pet friendly. Having animal allergies, I chose the standard room. I open my room door to be greeted by 3 cockroachs (1 alive 2 dead) and clearly a pet friendly room from all the visible pet hair all over the floor. When I told the front desk this they just told me I booked a pet friendly room. Not sure if that was an error on how hotels.com sent over the reservation? Either way, I got moved to the non-pet Friendly section of the hotel and the room was a lot cleaner. Breakfast was good however the staff was open mouth coughing all over the food and I did end up getting sick the next day. "
